2. Information we collect

We only collect information you give us, plus basic technical information your browser sends automatically.

Information you provide

  • Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and business state, submitted through our Business Readiness Review form or our insurance quote form.
  • Business details — the type of business you run and what you're looking for help with (insurance, tax, or both).
  • Consent choices — whether you checked the box agreeing to receive text messages, recorded together with the time you submitted the form.

Information collected automatically

  • Referral and campaign information — the page or link that sent you here, and any campaign tags in the web address (UTM parameters).
  • A session identifier — a random, temporary ID stored in your browser for the length of your visit so we can tell that several actions came from the same session. It is not tied to your name or contact details unless you go on to submit a form.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information through this website. Please don't send those to us through a web form or text message.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your request and schedule a review or consultation.
  • To prepare and discuss insurance quotes and coverage options with you, and to route your request to the producer licensed in your state.
  • To send you the messages you asked for, including text messages if you opted in.
  • To maintain records we're required to keep as a licensed insurance and accounting practice.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site, in aggregate.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

We do not share your mobile opt-in or phone number with anyone for their marketing.

Your consent to receive text messages from Happy People Insurance Solutions LLC (dba HPi Solutions), and the mobile phone number you give us, are used only by Happy People Insurance Solutions LLC (dba HPi Solutions) to message you. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No exceptions.

If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to receive text messages from Happy People Insurance Solutions LLC (dba HPi Solutions) at the number you provided. Those messages relate to your request — scheduling, quote and coverage follow-ups, documents we need from you, and service reminders about your policies.

We use a messaging platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel) and its telecommunications providers to deliver these messages. They process your number solely to send messages on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not buy or sell leads. Every contact in our records came to us directly through this website, a referral, or a conversation with us.

We share information only in these situations:

  • With the licensed producer handling your request. Insurance matters are handled by the producer licensed for your state, as identified in our disclosures below.
  • With insurance carriers and underwriters, when you ask us to obtain a quote or place coverage, and only to the extent needed to do that.
  • With service providers who operate our website, forms, email, and CRM under contract, and who may use your information only to provide those services to us.
  • When the law requires it — for example, in response to a subpoena, regulator request, or examination by an insurance or accountancy board.

If you choose to get an instant quote through Next Insurance from our quote page, you leave our site and their privacy policy governs the information you give them. We describe that relationship in our Terms of Service.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site uses browser storage for a temporary session identifier, described above. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or sell advertising audiences built from your visit. You can clear this at any time by closing your browser session or clearing site data.

7. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet the recordkeeping obligations that apply to a licensed insurance and accounting practice. Records of your text messaging consent and any opt-out are retained as long as required to demonstrate compliance.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Texts: reply STOP to any message.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link, or email us.
  • Access, correction, or deletion: email info@hpisolutions.co and tell us what you'd like. We may need to verify who you are first, and we may need to retain some records where the law requires it.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, to request deletion, and to correct inaccurate information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under that law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. 9. Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive identifiers through a web form or text message.

10. Children

This site is intended for business owners who are 18 or older, and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and our text messaging program requires you to be 18 or older to opt in.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle text messaging consent will be reflected here before they take effect.
