2. Accepting these terms

By using hpisolutions.co, submitting a form, downloading a resource, or exchanging messages with us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, submit a form, or opt in to text messages. If you are under 18, please don't use the site or provide us your information.

3. What this website is — and isn't

This site describes our services and lets you ask us to contact you. The content here is general education about business insurance and tax readiness. It is not insurance advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation for your particular situation.

• Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance, a binder, or a guarantee that coverage is available or will be issued. Coverage exists only when a carrier issues a policy, and it is governed entirely by that policy's terms, conditions, and exclusions.
• Individualized insurance recommendations require a conversation with a producer licensed in your state for the line of coverage involved.
• Tax content is educational. A tax engagement, and any representation before the IRS, is a separate written engagement with its own terms and authorizations.
• Rates, coverage descriptions, and availability can change without notice.

4. Licensing

Insurance products are offered only in states where we hold an active license, through the producer licensed for that state. Our current licensing disclosure appears in the footer of every page of this site. If you're outside the states listed there, we can share general information but cannot place coverage for you.

5. Text messaging program

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We handle your mobile number as described in our Privacy Policy — it is never shared with third parties for their marketing.

6. Submitting information to us

When you fill out a form, you agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to provide it — including the phone number, which must be one you control. Please don't submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information through this site.

Submitting a form starts a conversation; it doesn't create a client relationship, an insurance application, or coverage. Please don't use the forms on this site to report a claim or for an urgent policy matter — call us instead.

7. Third-party sites and referral relationships

Our quote page may offer you the option of getting an instant quote from Next Insurance, an independent third-party carrier, through a self-serve tool on their website. If you use it:

• You leave our site, and Next Insurance's own terms and privacy policy apply to what you do there.
• We are an appointed agent and may receive customary commission or referral compensation if you buy a policy. This is a carrier appointment, not lead selling — we are not paid for handing over your contact information, and we do not transmit your details to them unless you choose to go to their site and enter them yourself.
• We don't control and aren't responsible for their site, their quotes, or their coverage decisions.

We do not buy, sell, resell, or trade leads or contact lists in any form.

8. Downloadable resources

Checklists and other materials we offer are provided as-is for general educational use. They're not a substitute for a review of your actual business, contracts, or tax situation.

9. Intellectual property

The content, layout, logos, and materials on this site belong to HPi Solutions unless otherwise noted. You may read, print, and share them for your own business use. Please don't republish or resell them without our permission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don't warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or current at every moment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HPi Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general educational content. Nothing here limits any obligation we owe you under a signed engagement, under an insurance policy placed through us, or under applicable insurance or accountancy regulation — those are governed by their own terms and by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in this section overrides a protection or venue that the insurance or consumer law of your own state gives you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
